Skirt Steak

We are excited to show y’all that we now serve skirt steak on our menu! Our 11oz skirt steak is marinated for at least a day in gluten free soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and more. Paired with local new potatoes, heirloom tomatoes and a house made chimichurri, this steak is sure to amaze. Our chimichurri is made fresh with garlic, parsley, fresno chilis, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano.

The hot topic with skirt steak is how it should be cooked. The skirt steak is a tougher cut of meat if not cooked above medium rare. For a tender and delicious skirt steak we recommend ordering our skirt steak medium or medium well. Due to its longer marination time, the pink you might be used to seeing in a medium cooked steak will be harder to find. After all is said and done, we promise it is something to write home about, even if you’re a local.

This next week there is an extra chance to dine with us! We will be open on the Fourth of July from 12pm-10pm. Whether you’re looking for the steak or THE notorius fried chicken sandwich, we look forward to celebrating with you.
