Sauteed Pesto Shrimp

We made some changes to our menu! Rudy Royale loves to keep it interesting and serve food that you’ll love.

Each week will be featuring new items that we offer and will mix in some of our staples. In the beginning of June we made a change to most of our Entrees and added some new cocktails behind the bar.

This week we are featuring the our Sauteed Shrimp Pesto dish. As the summer heat has come into full effect in Charleston, our chefs have created a balanced and lighter dish for guest that aren’t looking to dig into a fried chicken sandwich. The pesto shrimp is sauteed with spinach, asparagus. The pesto, which is simply olive oil and basil, is added giving the dish its beautiful green color and adding its flavor to the shrimp . To complete the dish, it is all married with a lemon cooked farro and topped with crushed almonds.
