Tempura Flounder

Today we are featuring a new versatile dish that is featured in different ways on our lunch and dinner menu. Our tempura flounder is house battered and fried making it extremely fresh and crispy.

On our lunch menu it is served as a fried fish sandwich and a side of lobster bisque. Being made to dip, the crunch of the fish with the challah bun dipped in the lobster bisque really is an experience on it’s own.

On our dinner menu it is served as a fried filet over lobster sauce with charred corn and snow peas. Our mouths are watering just writing this post. This tempura flounder is available on our regular dinner menu but is also one of the featured entrees on our Restaurant Week Menu which goes through September 17th.

We would love to have you come enjoy an experience at Rudy Royale and give you the chance to try the tempura flounder and many other new dishes including: Tuna Ceviche, Bucatini, a new wood-fired salmon and more.

While we want you to join us for Restaurant Week, we also want to take an opportunity to promote Restaurant Week for all of our neighbor restaurants! Please visit this website to see all the other restaurants participating and their menus. We really think that as a whole, Charleston restaurants really do have some of the best service and food to offer in the industry.
